As a family we recently reached the 9 year milestone without Adam here with us, this has got me thinking about a magnitude of things. One of those areas is my own fitness and how I need to push myself, which in turn will help with mental well being too. Another reason is the raise awareness of our charity Para-Monte
I am going to run, walk or cycle 200 miles in the month of October. This is quite a challenge for me as since lockdown began I have not ran (due to an injured knee) or walked that far either.
Maybe I’ll like running again after this. Who knows
So please forgive me in advance for the fitness posts and if I can raise a few pennies in the process I’ll be more than delighted.
