'Our Josie' Running London.
Written by
Josie Adams

I've been an ambassador for Para-Monte having crossed paths with this wonderful family and charity, whilst training with the Extreme Environment Team at the University of Brighton over the years.

They've been immensely supportive and kind to me and it's with great pride that I'm finally able to offer something in return.

I will be running 100 Miles around London with the aim to get as many people as possible joining in.

THE ROUTE:- Start: 17.00 Saturday (River Thames - Hampton)

- At Richmond the route then goes clockwise around the capital ring path.

- Back at Richmond, we'll follow the Thames into London to finish at the London Eye.

Target timings:

Mile 20 (N.Greenford) ~ 21.00 - 22.00 Sat

Mile 50 (Galleons Point) ~ 03.00 - 05.00 Sun

Mile 70 (Upper Norwood) ~ 07.00 - 09.00 Sun

Mile 100 (London Eye) ~ 13.00 - 17.00 Sun

The real target: finishing in under 24 hours and **doubling donations**

We'll keep updates running.

Josie.
