FDM Group is a global leader in the recruit, train, deploy sector, located in Brighton as well as having offices around the globe.
Staff from offices around the world raised over £3000, taking part in the Para-Monte steps challenge with 85,692,936 steps between all the participants, funds will be used towards further research @ UoB EEL as well as education projects and Altitude Awareness.
Chris and Rod regularly meet, being loyal friends, since they met 40 years ago at UoB (then Brighton Polytechnic) so, this was an extra 'special' get together for them and our charity.
We'd like to thank all FDM's across the globe for their monumental efforts.

The website is dedicated to Adam our son and brother, a fit healthy 25 year old young man, who lost his life to Altitude Sickness whilst travelling in Peru.
Adam’s loss should not be in vain (read his story) and we feel extremely passionate to spread the word about Altitude Illnesses globally, to ensure that people become more aware of the risks and dangers at altitude.

Sir Ranulph Fiennes served in the British Army for eight years, including a period on counter-insurgency service while attached to the Army of the Sultanate of Oman.
He later undertook numerous expeditions and was the first person to visit both the North and South Poles by surface means and the first to completely cross Antarctica on foot.
In May 2009, at the age of 65, he climbed to the summit of Mount Everest.
